Support That Honors Who You Are
Support rooted in understanding, connection, and authenticity.
Making space for different ways of being
Healing Roots is a collaborative team of therapists supporting children, teens, adults, and families throughout New Hampshire. While each clinician brings their own specialties, perspectives, and approach, we share a commitment to compassionate, individualized, and affirming care.
Our team supports a wide range of experiences including anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, postpartum challenges, relationships, addiction, grief, identity exploration, and major life transitions, recognizing that there is no single “right” way to move through the world.
We value therapy that feels collaborative rather than prescriptive, and support that adapts to the person rather than expecting the person to adapt to the system.
