We run insurance benefits and report them back to you prior to your intake. It is ultimately your responsibility to be aware of your benefits and coverage, as we cannot guarantee coverage.

Here are some questions to ask your insurance rep to help determine your coverage for our mental health services:

• Does my health insurance plan include outpatient mental health benefits?

• Is there a difference in coverage between telehealth and in person visits?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, have I met it yet, and when does it reset?

• If I don’t have a deductible, what is my copay amount per session?

• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
