Seana Hallberg, MS, Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Life can be overwhelming, especially when navigating challenges stemming from anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, or trauma. As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I provide a compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming space where you can explore your experiences and build practical strategies for growth.
I am neurodivergent myself, giving me both personal and professional insight into the complexities of navigating relationships, communication, and daily life through this lens. In addition, I am a parent of three neurodiverse teens, which has deepened my understanding of family dynamics, advocacy, and the unique strengths and challenges that come with neurodivergence. I also serve as a council member on the New Hampshire Council on Developmental Disabilities (NHCDD), working to improve policies and services that support individuals and families.
Staying present and grounded is essential in navigating life’s challenges. Personally, I incorporate movement, time in nature, and meaningful connection as ways to foster resilience and well-being. Walking my dog, connecting over shared interests, spending time with friends, reading and listening to music are my favorite activities.
As a clinician, I take a strengths-based approach while also exploring the influence of family systems. Understanding where we come from helps us shape where we’re going, and I work with clients to build self-awareness, connection, and practical strategies for lasting change.
Whether you’re struggling with executive functioning, navigating life transitions, or seeking a deeper sense of purpose, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change, empowering you to thrive. Reach out today to see if we’re a good fit!
