Stacy Esposito, LCMHC, LMHC
Stacy opened Healing Roots at the onset of the pandemic in 2020. She received her Master’s Degree in Holisitic Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University in 2017 and her Master’s Degree in Research Psychology in 2019. She is licensed in NH and MA and is a NH board-approved clinical supervisor.
Stacy is dedicated to providing compassionate and affirming care, providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for her clients. She is neurodivergent and primarily works with high masking Autistic and AD/HD individuals, utilizing neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIAA+-safe approaches. She creates a supportive space for her clients to explore their identities, navigate life’s challenges, and lift shame to live a more authentic life rooted in their personal values. Stacy incorporates somatic and body-based interventions, while supporting clients with getting in touch with their intuitive selves.
Whether clients are seeking to understand themselves better, process and shift intergenerational and relational patterns, or learn new tools to better manage challenges, Stacy is committed to empowering them on their journey and offers a safe space to be seen and heard and to heal.
