Healing Roots, LLC is expanding to the Seacoast and we’re looking for licensed mental health therapists (LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.) who are passionate about working through a neurodivergent-affirming lens and offering creative, integrative care.
We welcome therapists who bring a fresh approach to healing—whether through somatic work, expressive arts, gaming, nature-based practices, and/or work with children, couples, and families.

We’re Looking for Clinicians Who:
Are fully licensed in New Hampshire (LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.)
Bring a neurodivergent-affirming approach to therapy
Offer alternative or creative modalities or serve a variety of clients (children, couples, or families)
Are eager to join a mission-driven, values-aligned practice

Key Responsibilities:
Provide counseling in alignment with your expertise and interests
Maintain a minimum caseload of 20 clinical hours per week, with 2–5 in-office days and at least two evenings (until 5 or 6 PM)
Utilize neurodivergent-affirming practices and inclusive language (or are willing to learn)
Incorporate 'out-of-the-box' modalities, when applicable
Complete clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner (within 48 hours)
Collaborate with other Healing Roots clinicians through optional case consultation and peer support
Attend occasional team meetings or community-building events (virtual or in-person)
Uphold ethical and legal standards in accordance with state licensure, HIPAA, and practice policies
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Active licensure in New Hampshire (LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (preferred, not required)
Demonstrated experience working with neurodivergent clients or strong commitment to neuroaffirming care
Specialized training or interest in alternative modalities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfort working independently within a collaborative group practice
Passion for inclusive, affirming, trauma-informed mental health care
